Our signature approach. We partner with leaders and teams to identify their highest-leverage priorities and build the focus, habits, and accountability to execute on them. This work happens through cohort-based programs and individualized partnerships.

Systems-Level Partnerships
Some challenges require something built from the ground up. We partner with states, coalitions, and networks to design and support initiatives that meet their unique landscape, from coalition building to statewide charter engagement strategies.

We are a team of educators with deep expertise in network and school leadership, program development, and senior leader coaching. Our vision and core values drive us to new heights in service of our partners and school systems across the country. We thrive in working collaboratively with system-level leaders to build strong and sustainable networks and schools.

Co-FounderDr. Cametra Edwards is a lifelong learner and educator from Tampa, FL. She founded the Village of Excellence Academy in 1999 and served as its Executive Director until 2021. VOEA has been a model for academic results for disadvantaged students, for example, in 2019, 100% of the students in the bottom quartile made learning gains in English language arts on the state assessment. Dr. Edwards worked as a Senior Director with Achievement First Accelerate, providing leadership coaching for CEOs and educational leaders from charter management organizations across the country.

Co-FounderJennifer Hines brings over 25 years of experience in education, with deep expertise in school and network leadership, program development, and senior leader coaching. She was a founding staff member of YES Prep Public Schools in Houston and moved into senior roles including principal and CAO and Senior Vice President for People and Program. Jen helped YES Prep grow with quality from one campus to ten campuses that reached over 10,000 students. She led the Charter Network Accelerator at Achievement First, where she partnered with CEOs and leadership teams of charter management organizations to strengthen their planning, implementation systems, and leadership practices in order to maximize their impact for students and families.
