Phase 1- Network engagement

In months 1-4 of the program, each network conducts a needs assessment, engages meaningfully with their networks on current state and possible priorities for the coming year, and selects their priority.

Phase 2- Planning

In months 5-8, each network creates a comprehensive priority plan to implement their priority in the coming year, including a data plan, R&R plan, and implementation calendar/tracker.

Phase 3- Implementation

In months 9-12, each network launches their priority plan and begins to collect data. Networks plan for their first priority step back and data-informed priority push.
